1) Cancellations are not permitted after 4 PM. Holiday Inn Express & Suites may extend a courtesy due to act of God. Cancellations received in less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

Booking is considered a no-show if the guests do not arrive at the Front Desk by 11 PM on the scheduled date or arrival. This excludes late arrival, which was confirmed prior to 9 PM. In the case of a no-show, the booking is forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
