1) Cancellations are not permitted on arrival dates after 6 PM. Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATL West (Camp Creek) may extend courtesy due to an act of God at their sole discretion. Cancellations received in less than 24 hours are non-refundable.

(B) NO-SHOWS.
Booking is considered a no-show if guests do not arrive at the Front Desk by 11 PM on the scheduled date or arrival. This excludes late arrival, which was confirmed before 9 PM. In the case of a no-show, a booking is forfeited and no refunds will be provided.
