12 PM Cutoff for same-day pickup

1) Cancellation received 48 hours or more prior to scheduled pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours are non-refundable.

(A)  TIME CHANGE

Last-minute changes are not permitted.  Delayed work-orders are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to $15 processing fee.

(B) NO-SHOWS.

A pickup is considered a no-show if the client/warehouse does not respond at the location 15 Min after the agreed pickup/delivery time. In the case of a no-show, the booking is forfeited, Item will be returned to the shipper or stored at the SGN Pickup for second attempt in 24 hours.
