1) Cancellations received 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time incur a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
(A) TIME CHANGE
Last-minute changes or delayed delivery are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $10 processing fee plus additional charges of $1/mile.
(B) NO-SHOWS.
Pickup is considered a no-show if the client or warehouse doesn't respond at the location 15 Min after the agreed arrival time. In the case of a no-show, the item will be returned to the shipper's location or stored at the SGN Air Center for customer pickup or re-delivery.
