- Small Package (Letters, Flowers, Small Box, High-Value Items, Home Improvement Material, 10 bags or fewer Groceries)
- Medium Packages ( Regular Box, Microwaves, 40 in/less Tv, Computers, 10 bags or more groceries, Medium size Toys, Home Improvement Materials, etc...)
- Large Items (Refrigerators, Ovens, Bedroom Set, Bed Frame, Dressers, Home Improvement Material, etc.....)
- Small LTRs (Letters, Flowers, Small Box, Home Improvement Material Max 30 Min)

1) Cancellation received 48 hours or more prior to scheduled pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
(A) TIME CHANGE
Last-minute changes are not permitted. Delayed Evening-Delivery is processed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a $10 processing fee.
(B) NO-SHOWS.
A pickup is considered a no-show if the client/warehouse does not respond at the location 15 Min after the agreed pickup/delivery time. In the case of a no-show, the booking is forfeited, Item will be returned to the shipper or stored at the SGN warehouse with second attempt planned in 24 hours.
